The Syrah for 2012 provides full fruit flavours showing pepper and spice characters with a velvet finish. Layers of dark chocolate and bright red and black fruits add to the complexity. This wine will keep well for 10 years and gain further layers of complexity, but why wait when it is drinking so well now.
Medium bodied Syrah. Maceration of 21 days, 50% whole bunches. Pumping over 3 times a day. 100% French oak all second and third use barriques. Drinking window, now to ten years.
